Update 22 April 2015
Following approval by the Parish Council at its meeting on 21 April, the Plan has now been submitted to Daventry District Council, Submission draft Regulation 15. With this have been submitted Consultation Statement which describes the consultation process since the Plan process was commenced in November 2011, and which includes the representations made about the Pre-Submission version, with the responses from the Parish Council.
Part of this Consultation Statement comprises a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Screening report.
The final part of the Submission is a Basic Conditions report, which is largely of a technical nature.
These demonstrate the thoroughness of the process of creating a Development Plan.
Daventry District Council will now carry out its own consultation on the Plan as described in the legislation, Statutory Instrument 2012 No.637. This is described in paragraph 16, following which an examination in public takes place and finally a referendum as described in the ensuing paragraphs.
